The person behind Steel City
Mortgage experience.
Pueblo values.
My family’s ties to CF&I inspired the name Steel City Mortgage. I’ve worked in mortgage lending since 1989, and my approach is straightforward: explain the options clearly, follow through, and help people make informed decisions about their homes.
Over the years I have worked in lending, underwriting, sales and compliance. That means I have seen a loan file from every side of the desk, and I know where they go wrong. Most problems can be solved when they are found early and explained plainly.
I am a mortgage broker. I do not work for one bank. I look at what you are trying to do and match it with a loan that fits.
The loans I work on most are the ones that take extra patience: renovation loans for houses that need work, down payment help for buyers who have the income but not the savings, and mortgages for people going through a divorce.
Most of my clients have jobs, so I answer the phone in the evening and on weekends. If you have a question, ask it. There is no charge for a conversation.
