How we are paid
On any loan, Steel City Mortgage is paid either by the lender or by you, never both. Our compensation is set in advance under a written plan with each lender and does not change based on the interest rate or the loan program you choose.
Approval comes from the lender, not from us. A pre-approval or pre-qualification is not a commitment to lend, and no loan is final until the lender issues its approval and the loan closes.

If something has gone wrong, please tell us. Every complaint is logged, acknowledged in writing within five business days, and answered within 30 days.
